April 21, 2016-Veteran performing artist Dilip Kumar, who was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on Saturday morning for treatment of high fever and sickness, was released from the healing facility on Thursday.
Saira Banu's director Murshid Khan told IANS: "Dilip sir has been released and he is back home. He is feeling better at this point." The veteran performing artist endured high fever and retching on Saturday morning taking after which he was raced to Lilavati Hospital. Dilip Kumar was most recently seen in the film "Qila" in 1998. He was regarded with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
